The task involved the core renovation of a reinforced concrete skeleton building constructed in 1955.
The façade was redesigned as a curtain wall with an expanded metal appearance, meeting the requirements for air quality and weather resistance. The old plaster façade was left in place, with loose material removed.

The upgrade of energy, electrical, supply, and disposal systems was planned and executed according to the latest technical standards. In the former boiler house, the district heating supply was reorganized and dimensioned to serve the production halls on the site.
