Sustainable building starts with the user.
For us, that means engaging in a collaborative, sustainability-focused project approach from the very beginning. We integrate cutting-edge technologies ranging from AI-based communication and project management tools to Building Information Modeling (BIM) and intelligent material libraries to ensure that both the architectural design and spatial planning meaningfully support the future users’ workflows and activities, while remaining adaptable to changing requirements.

We place great importance on thoroughly analyzing all aspects of the client’s future operations and usage patterns. This allows us to process essential input and develop the most effective strategy for creating spaces that are not only functional, but also scalable and purpose-driven.

Our building design process is rooted in strategic, sustainable planning.
We incorporate economic and ecological considerations, as well as the latest regulatory requirements and approvals, into the development process. Supported by smart tools and integrated databases, we ensure that planning remains efficient, precise, and forward-looking.

User-defined materials become intelligent building components.
Based on defined criteria, materials can be combined into modular building elements ranging from raw structures to fully prefabricated units, including integrated technical systems. This approach also informs transport logistics and construction phases, optimizing on-site manpower and efficiency.

Technical building systems are designed in parallel with user requirements.
This includes all supply and disposal systems, heating, waste heat and cooling, lighting and shading sensor systems, safety installations such as fire protection and surveillance, and building management systems in full compliance with current regulations.

We also integrate micromobility solutions into our building designs.
Where requested, we ensure that our buildings reflect modern, flexible lifestyles supporting sustainable mobility and enhancing the overall usability of the built environment.

We are specialists in designing and constructing buildings tailored to diverse requirements, defined in close collaboration with the user.
Our goal is to create sustainable, resource-efficient buildings that meet the standards of today’s world. Based on predefined parameters, we sequence the size and arrangement of spaces and develop further criteria to guide the selection of construction materials from our curated material libraries. These materials are chosen to meet various needs - economic, ecological, structural, building physics, fire protection, durability, flexibility, etc. and applied with precision where their specific strengths are most effective. This ensures that a wide range of high-performance materials can be used purposefully and efficiently by the user.

Where appropriate, we design buildings with modularity in mind—ranging from 10% to 90% prefabricated elements.
This allows us to build faster, lighter, and cleaner by implementing a defined modular construction method that enables efficient transportation and on-site assembly. Light – Fast – Clean is our principle for promoting a sustainable construction process that is both economically and ecologically responsible.

Our green building strategy also includes the design of integrated energy, electrical, information, transportation, and production management systems within the building and on the surrounding property always in collaboration with the user.
This includes the use of renewable energy sources and their intelligent distribution to defined consumers. We plan photovoltaic systems, heat pumps (air, water, or geothermal), battery storage solutions, and integrate micromobility infrastructure, sensor technologies, fire protection, and safety systems. In addition, we incorporate workflow and production processes to ensure that workstations, machinery, and furnishings are optimally used according to the user's specifications. The result is a building that is fully equipped, intelligently networked, and operates in line with the latest standards.

We actively support the planning and implementation of micromobility infrastructure within and around the building,
and collaborate with the user and relevant planning partners to develop the necessary systems tailored to the project’s specific needs.

cutting - edge Design 

We design using the latest 3D and AI-powered software and provide BIM-based interfaces to facilitate communication with the user and other project partners such as mechanical systems engineers, structural engineers, and building physics consultants in order to generate integrated solutions.
Together with the client and in compliance with local regulations, our goal is to realize a comprehensive design extending from the building itself down to individual furniture elements so that the user's vision can be implemented as fully and effectively as possible.
