The task involved the core renovation of a reinforced concrete skeleton hall built in 1970, with a total area of 2,100 m². To improve the usability of the large, unheated hall, several new space-in-space units were added, including offices, workshop rooms, staff and changing rooms, sanitary facilities, and a kitchen. The production workstations within the hall were equipped with infrared panels. These infrared panels, along with the air conditioning systems installed in the newly created rooms, are powered by a photovoltaic system on the roof.
The newly climate-controlled rooms within the hall created high-quality workspaces, which were arranged to ensure short distances to the production and workshop areas.
E-charging stations were installed at the loading ramp for both micro- and macromobility, along with battery charging and storage units located in separate rooms.
