The bakery Öfferl has expanded its branches, and based on the existing branding, the Landstraße branch was planned and built.
The existing rental space on the ground floor of a Gründerzeit-era building was demolished and completely gutted. The shop window façade was remodeled and can now be fully opened as folding elements to allow easier access from the interior to the adjacent terrace during summer.
The counter system was newly installed using clay, including refrigerated storage areas. The kitchen, including the baking oven system, was newly installed, along with newly constructed office, storage, and refrigerated areas.
Outdoor terraces and indoor seating areas were added. The wooden bench was carved from a single piece of oak.
