The bakery Öfferl has expanded its branches, and based on the existing branding, the Schottentor branch was planned and built.
The existing rental space on the ground floor of the Schottenstift—a large medieval complex with three courtyards and historic vaulted cellars, which is under historic preservation—was gutted and renovated. The entrance and shop window façade were remodeled.
A new sales counter system was installed, including refrigerated storage areas. The kitchen, including the baking oven system, was newly installed, along with newly constructed office, storage, and refrigerated areas.
