The representative corner building on Penzingerstraße, designed in a historicist style, was completely renovated by the owner.
The mix of commercial spaces on the ground floor and apartments was to be complemented by temporary living units—Airbnb apartments—in the attic due to the favorable location near Schönbrunn Park. The old roof structure was to be preserved, with a few dormers added to provide natural light for the rooms.
